the multifamily sector declined to 1.36 this
past fourth quarter, after hitting a four-year
high of 1.46 in the third quarter of 2010.
Meanwhile, average [loan-to-value ratios]
for the sector fell slightly to 64.4 at the end
of this past fourth quarter, which is close
to the lows set in the fourth quarter ’09.”
